Dlamini-Zuma Will Remain Home Affairs Minister For Time Being

by admin,  Mar 13 2013 12:47 PM

As a newly appointed African Union Commission chairperson Dlamini-Zuma will keep her responsibilities as Minister of Home Affairs for time being. In a presidential statement it was declared that she will keep her position as minister until all her requirements and processes are completed for her role as AU Commission Chairperson.

President Jacob Zuma ensured Dlamini-Zuma that all the good work she has done in the department of Home Affairs will be carried out even if she has to leave her position as Minister to fulfill the role as AU Commission Chairperson.

She did some great work as Minister of Home Affairs and the next person to step into her shoes has big shoes to fulfill and we hope they can carry out this responsibility. She turned the whole department around, ensuring less backlogs on certain visas and speeding up certain processes.

She contributed to all businesses such as New World Immigration as our clients are satisfied with us when we are satisfied with home affairs. We have no control over the speed of a submitted application and it all depends on Home Affairs. So far our collaboration with Home Affairs has been successful and we hope to carry on with this relationship when the new minister is appointed.
