Oscar nominee for the documentary "Searching for Sugar Man," has drawn worldwide praise for the film's star, Detroit folk singer Rodriguez, and the film's Swedish directors. I'm from the US and didn't know who Rodriquez was until I saw the film. It's an epic story about a ghost of a man who was famous here in South Africa and never knew it. More famous than the Beetles even. Now he performs sold out concerts to fans who always knew and loved his music. It got me thinking about retiring in South Africa.
